By using this website you agree to these terms. Content, imagery and design are owned by Recline Ritual Seating and may not be reproduced without written permission.

We work to describe colours, materials and dimensions accurately, but screens and natural materials vary. Leather grain and fabric shade can differ slightly from the images shown.

An order is accepted only when we send written confirmation. Prices are shown in USD^placeholder and may change before confirmation. A deposit of 50%^placeholder may be required for made-to-order pieces.

Frames are intended to carry a 10-year^placeholder limited warranty, and mechanisms and motors a 3-year^placeholder limited warranty. Full warranty terms will be published before sales begin.

Authorised dealers operate independently. Purchases made through a dealer are also subject to that dealer's own terms. Dealer pricing and obligations are governed by separate written agreements.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
