Shipping Policy

We plan to deliver within the contiguous United States and Canada^placeholder. Dealer orders may ship to any address the dealer nominates within their agreed territory.

Made-to-order seating is expected to leave our facility in 6–10 weeks^placeholder. In-stock pieces are expected to ship within 5 business days^placeholder. We'll confirm the estimate on your order confirmation.

Curbside delivery: $149 per order^placeholder.

White-glove delivery to the room of your choice, including unpacking and debris removal: $349 per order^placeholder.

Orders over $4,000^placeholder may qualify for complimentary curbside delivery.

Please check every carton before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it. Report concealed damage to sales@reclineritualseating.com within 48 hours^placeholder of delivery.

Freight terms, drop-ship arrangements and consolidated shipments for dealers are defined in each dealer agreement and override this page where they differ.
