01Return window
Standard, in-stock pieces may be returned within 30 daysplaceholder of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
02Custom & made-to-order pieces
Seating made in a fabric, leather or configuration you selected is built for you and is not eligible for returnplaceholder, except where it arrives damaged or defective.
03Fees
A restocking fee of 15%placeholder applies to eligible returns.
Return freight is the customer's responsibility, estimated at $199 per seatplaceholder.
04Damaged or defective items
If something arrives damaged or develops a defect covered by our warranty, contact us and we'll arrange a repair, replacement part or replacement piece at no cost to you.
05How to start a return
Email sales@reclineritualseating.com with your order number, photos and the reason for the return. Purchases made through a dealer are returned through that dealer.
06Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business daysplaceholder of the returned item passing inspection.
